Overview
Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) is a century-old independent association dedicated to empowering life insurance and financial service professionals. After enjoying substantial growth in non-English speaking countries. MDRT engaged Valtech to strategize and create a best-in-class digital experience to engage international members.
Our Approach
Immersing ourselves into the process, technologies, and culture of MDRT, we explored what makes them, them. Multiple workshops captured the perspectives of internal stakeholders, executive committee members, and other employees.
Two concepts were developed that spoke to the brand essence of MDRT. We used mood boards, style tiles to illustrate them. Testing was done to gauge their effectiveness. Nearly 900 MDRT members were surveyed to arrive on a final design that would resonate with tech-savvy international audiences.
